Report: Phillies Trade Byrd To Reds

The Hot Stove is heating up a little bit in the waning hours of 2014, with a report that the Phillies have traded Marlon Byrd:
Sources: #Phillies and #Reds have a deal involving Marlon Byrd. RHP Ben Lively one of players headed to PHI. Announcement coming today.

Ben Lively, 22, is a starter who has struck out a ton of batters in the minor leagues. He was the No. 9 prospect in the Reds system after the 2013 season before struggling in AA Pensacola in 2014.
Byrd, 37, has one year left on his deal.
Curious to see what else is involved here, as I’m not sure I would do Lively for Byrd straight up if I’m the Reds.
Update: Rosenthal adds more:
Still, I don’t get it for the Reds.
